廣東四會實力連桿有限公司企業發展動態

（1）、2004年9月份，公司“實力”牌汽車發動機連桿被評為2004年度廣東省名牌產品稱號。
（2）、2004年10月份，我司與東風汽車工藝研究所共同研制、開發10BF5脹斷連桿獲得成功。
（3）、2005年4月，我司員工詹向陽榮獲全國勞動模范稱號！
（4）、2005年5月，我司組織參展第三屆上海國際發動機及制造技術展覽會，收到了較好的效果。
（5）、2005年5月，我司批量生產483Q發動機連桿，正式供貨一汽海馬汽車有限公司，轎車連桿開發有了新的突破。
（6）、2005年5月，我司與比亞迪汽車有限公司建立連桿配套關系，6月份形成批量供貨。
（7）、2005 年 6 月，我司被肇慶市工商行政管理局授予連續七年“守合同重信用”企業稱號。
（8）、2005 年 8 月，我司被廣東省科技廳認定為廣東省高新技術企業。
（9）、2005 年 9 月份，我司與伊朗 IPMC 公司簽訂了 40 萬條連桿的供貨合同，并與意大利 IVECO 公司初步建立配套關系。
（10）、2005 年 11 月，我司“實力”商標被廣東省工商行政管理局授予廣東省著名商標稱號。
（11）、2005 年 12 月 17 日，我司隆重舉行新廠竣工投產典禮，工廠總投資 5000 萬元，具有年產連桿總成 200 萬條的生產能力，達產后年產值為 2 億元。

科技是第一生產力，實力連桿引進了先進的設備與技術：臺灣產加工中心，捷克楔橫軋機和2500噸熱模鍛壓機、俄羅斯1600噸熱模鍛壓機，法國雷諾轎車連桿機加工生產線，德國熒光探傷機和硬度分化儀，以及美國朗普三坐標檢測儀。連桿生產從制模、鍛造、熱處理、機加工都做到了“精確加工”，從而為發動機提供最可靠的保障。
Science and technology is the first productivity.The Shili Connecting-Rods introduced advanced equipment and technology as follows:Taiwan Production & Processing Center,Czech Wedge Mill and Hot Mould Forging Press,French Leinuo Car connecting-rods machine production line,and German Fluorescent Flaw Detector and Hardness Split & Test lnstrument,and American Lanpusan Coordinate Testing lnstrument.The Precise Processing in production of connecting-rods have been achieved from the making mould,forging,heat treafment to machine processing,so that the most reliable guarantee can be provided for engines.
